After giving birth, you get told what to do and what not to do. There are a few things that we should not do in the first few weeks after giving birth that seem really obvious, and some that aren’t as obvious! Today we're going to talk about some of those things that you should avoid!
Do not go swimming
Avoid using tampons
Don't hold your pee for a long time
Avoid starting any strenuous exercise
No tight clothing!
